About Me
Hello!
Hi, I’m Viviana - author, licensed occupational therapist, and DONA-trained birth doula with a focus on maternal wellness, infant development, and continuing education in pelvic health.
Through my background in pediatric occupational therapy, pelvic health training, and maternal wellness, I saw how often families needed more than brief appointments or generic advice. They needed care that felt connected, thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in real life.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the perinatal season - but I also believe that support shouldn’t end once a baby arrives.
That’s why I created Elaria Wellness: a space that bridges birth preparation, postpartum recovery, maternal wellness, and early developmental guidance for the mother–infant dyad.
My approach blends clinical knowledge with calm, compassionate care to help mothers feel informed, confident, and supported while also nurturing infant development, routines, regulation, and everyday family life.
Whether you’re preparing to meet your baby, recovering after birth, adjusting to a new rhythm at home, or navigating the early seasons of motherhood, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.Licensed Occupational Therapist

Start by exploring the services and completing the short intake form for the support you’re interested in. I’ll review your responses and follow up with next steps. My background as an occupational therapist shapes the way I look at pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I consider not only what you’re experiencing, but how it affects your routines, environment, body, confidence, relationships, and everyday life. My goal is to combine evidence-informed guidance with support that feels warm, realistic, and deeply individualized.

You can reach out through the contact form on this website with any questions. If you’re ready to begin a specific service, completing the corresponding intake form is the best first step so I can learn a little more about what you’re looking for.

Pricing varies by service and is listed on the Services page. Individual sessions are paid before your scheduled appointment. Birth doula support includes a more involved onboarding process with consultation, agreement, and payment arrangements discussed before your support is officially booked.

Warm, collaborative, and judgment-free. I’m here to educate and guide, not tell you what your pregnancy, birth, or parenting experience “should” look like. You can expect honest conversation, practical strategies, plenty of space for questions, and support centered around what matters to you and your family.
